Something at the end where it states that the RR item has to now be redeemed at or above the RR amount and no more using our 29cent fillers. Anyone else come across this yet? I'm still trying to find it in the Wags Coupon Policy page.

Most of us have had the great Target experience of them "reducing" our coupons. However, I never see them take a pen and write a line through the actual Q and write what the new value is (Like at other stores that reduce). I know that it may only be a few cents (which is priceless in our transactions), but if they do it daily at thousands of stores....these pennies add up. Do they get reimbursed the full value of the Q even though we do not receive it?
