Just got a call from my local RA store manager in regards to the issue of the Cashier asking me just why I have so many people in my house( due to multiple names on VV coupons). The Manager apologized stated the cashier was no longer with the company and wanted to be sure I would return for future business. Manager stated that he himself is a fellow couponer and if I wanted to start calling him ahead of time he would gladly order enough items to cover any purchases I would like to make. It was nice to hear!!

FYI: Cashier was NOT let go due to just my issue, he has had numerous complaints about that person and coupon usage.

All it takes is one bad apple! You did the right thing by filing a complaint. Many times we get mistreated by cashiers conduct and we just give up couponing at that particular store or give up altogether if we are just starting out in couponing. So Congrats to you on doing the right thing and contacting the manager. Sorry to hear that she was let go and I understand that it was not due to your 1 complaint. But sometimes people are not cut out to deal with customers or work customer service.

The Rite Aid closest to my house is VERY coupon friendly. One of the shift managers is a couponer, so they always have plenty of stock on sale items! The cashier on Sunday mornings always knows how to ring up without problems, and she takes doesn't ring the card up until the end of the transaction. It's a real shock whenever I go other stores and have issues.
